The problem

Process development still runs on trial and error

Finding the right conditions means searching millions of combinations, and the answer found in the lab often stops working at scale. Every experiment costs time, material and API.

106+

Vast condition spaces

Solvent, catalyst, ligand, temperature and dosing combine into millions of options. Experiments alone can only sample a small fraction of them.

mg → kg

Parameters drift at scale

Mixing, heat transfer and mass transfer change as the vessel grows. The optimum found at bench scale shifts once the process reaches the pilot plant.

kg / run

No room to experiment at scale

Every pilot or plant run consumes kilograms of material and API. Teams cannot afford to search for new parameters at scale, so they rely on rules of thumb.

f(x) = ?

Drawing the target after the arrow lands

DoE campaigns often run many experiments just to fit a kinetic model whose equation was chosen in advance. The fitted model explains the data it was built on, and the next process starts the cycle again.

ReAIX changes the order. It learns the physicochemical properties of each modality, from small molecules to biologics, along with your process data and how process scientists reason, so its answers carry across processes. For scale-up, it is trained on first-principles simulations, so you get predictions without rerunning them. See our method →

ReAIX

Three platforms across drug substance and drug product

From how the drug substance is made to how it becomes a stable drug product. ReAIX Chem and ReAIX Bio optimize drug substance processes for small molecules and biologics; ReAIX Formulation develops the drug product.

Optimizes reaction conditions for API synthesis and ranks the next experiments to run.

  • Solvent, catalyst and ligand selection
  • Temperature and stoichiometry optimization
  • Yield and impurity optimization
  • Process safety and risk assessment
  • Cost of goods (COGS) evaluation
